To protect the health of their employees and enable them to work safely, cement plants are increasingly relying on automated processes. At the same time, they are also optimizing their costs. This approach is supported by continuous developments in automation and technologies. Insee Vietnam has also looked into the question of how cement bags can be optimally loaded onto different trucks and has therefore brought the Beumer Group on board. The Vietnamese cement manufacturer evaluated the conditions at the Insee Thi Vai plant together with the system provider. Because the Beumer Group was able to meet the strict requirements, it was awarded the contract to supply a Beumer autopac 3000 automatic truck loading system.

"We want to implement a continuous and fully automated shipping process here at the plant," says Philippe Richart, CEO of Insee Vietnam. "This means we will continue to invest in new technologies from the Beumer Group in the future." The Beumer autopac 3000 is able to palletize and load cement bags simultaneously. The maximum loading capacity is 3,000 bags per hour. An employee hardly needs to intervene at all. The proven technology of this automatic loading system enables users to achieve a consistently high loading capacity and stacking quality. To date, the Beumer Group has installed more than 1,000 of these machines worldwide.
