Vanderlande once again Top Employer
Vanderlande is also one of the Top Employers in Germany in 2021. This certification offers companies the opportunity to strengthen their employer brand, compare HR structures with other top performers and harmonize their HR policies.
Since 1991, the Top Employers Institute has been recognizing employers who face future challenges. Companies that continuously synchronize their working environment with the changing economic and social conditions and invest time, money and know-how in the development of their employees receive the Top Employer certification. After all, optimal working conditions are a prerequisite for the development of people.
As a Top Employer, companies can adorn themselves with a certification seal. With this seal, a company becomes part of a global community of future-oriented companies whose employees are at the heart of their business activities. Ideas and inspiration can be generated from the Top Employer community, helping to make HR work even better and more timely.
The audit is based on the information we provided in the HR Best Practices questionnaire. The questionnaire covers six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas, such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion.
