Vanderlande once again a "Top Employer"
Vanderlande is once again one of the Top Employers in Germany in 2020. This certification offers companies the opportunity to strengthen their employer brand, compare HR structures with other top performers and harmonize their HR policies.
Since 1991, the Top Employers Institute has been recognizing outstanding employers who are ready to face future challenges. Only companies that continuously synchronize their working environment with changing economic and social conditions and invest time, money and expertise in the development of their employees receive certification as a Top Employer. For current and future employees, the exclusive Top Employer certification is an indicator of an employer's excellence. After all, optimal working conditions are a prerequisite for the development of people.
As a Top Employer, companies can adorn themselves with a certification seal. With this seal, a company becomes part of a global community of future-oriented companies whose employees are at the heart of their business activities. Ideas and inspiration can be generated from the Top Employer community, helping to make HR work even better and more timely.
After submitting the HR Best Practices Survey, which comprises over 600 questions, the Top Employers Institute verifies the data collected in a multi-stage review process. Following validation, one of the independent Big 5 auditing companies audits all analysis and verification processes as well as the data provided by the participating companies. All participating companies must meet an internationally defined minimum standard in order to be certified as a Top Employer
