Interroll is launching a modular platform for the powered conveying of pallets. The MPP modular system is based on components that have already proven themselves in numerous applications.
The new conveyor platform can be used as a suitable addition to the Interroll Pallet & Carton Flow flow storage system. The efficient handling of pallets is playing an increasingly important role in modern material flow. The focus here is on the shortest possible transport times and high efficiency through automation. This should be achieved by means of lean planning processes, low assembly costs and flexible design options.
Tailor-made solution for automated pallet transport
This is what the new solution from Interroll does with the Modular Pallet Conveyor Platform, a versatile pallet conveyor with a flexible, modular design. Together with the already proven Pallet & Carton Flow flow storage system, the new platform is a suitable basis for various applications to build pallet storage and pallet conveying solutions. The MPP is a pallet conveyor system driven by gear or drum motors, which can also be used for zero pressure accumulation conveying.
Pallets up to 1200 kilograms
Planning is flexible using Interroll's Layouter tool. The MPP includes chain and roller conveyors, as well as additional modules such as transfers and turntables; special modules for special functions are also available. Depending on the design of the conveyor line, pallets weighing up to 1200 kilograms can be transported at a maximum speed of 0.5 meters per second.
