Temperature loggers and shock loggers provide evidence of the specifications of demanding logistics chains on two levels and transmit their data via RFID technology: Falkenhahn offers intelligent World Euro pallets with KombiLog sensors and the BLE - Bluetooth Low Energy transmission standard, while sensor technology partner MicroSensys uses loggers with NFC transmission for the loaded cartons. At Falkenhahn, this proven sensor technology is integrated into 800 x 1,200 millimeter Euro pallets in fully automated series production. The temperature profile, vibrations and inclination of the pallet and load can now be monitored at both pallet and carton level and transmitted to the merchandise management systems. Together with the identification function, this combination monitoring is important for quality logistics.
