trans-o-flex: Young talent: Starting a career and studies

With eight different training objectives, 18 young men and women are currently embarking on a degree course or a multi-year apprenticeship at trans-o-flex. In total, the company, which specializes in logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, consumer electronics and other high-value sensitive goods sectors, offers around 35 trainees and students a start to their careers every year. "Qualified training is a win-win situation," says Wolfgang P. Albeck, CEO of trans-o-flex. "Companies that provide training have a good chance of securing the young talent they need to stand out from the competition. And young people today have a wide range of training opportunities at their disposal that offer them interesting prospects."
