Safe temporary storage of sheet metal coils
The protection of sheet metal coils produced or destined for further processing is becoming increasingly important.
If stored improperly, pressure marks can occur on sensitive thin sheet coils, which may later lead to problems during forming. SpanSet secutex GmbH has therefore developed the lightweight and movable coil mat made of secutex impact protection for the short interim storage of coils. It can be positioned quickly and easily by hand. This means that temporary storage facilities can be created quickly and flexibly or existing storage facilities can be expanded in the event of bottlenecks. The coil mat is wear-resistant and resistant to oils and greases. SpanSet secutex also offers the mat with an all-round oil tray as an option to protect bearing bases from oil contamination.
