With Gebhardt InstaPick, Gebhardt presents an innovative intralogistics solution. This has been nominated as materialfluss Product of the Year 2025 in Category 1: Warehousing and picking technology.
The system combines robot technology, a shelving system up to 12 meters high and ergonomically designed workstations. A central technical aspect of InstaPick is the intelligent grid system, which enables the robots to make precise movements in the x and z directions. This results in fast and direct access to storage bins, avoiding time-consuming stock transfers.
In contrast to conventional miniload systems, InstaPick dispenses with complex vertical conveyors and elaborate conveyor technology, which increases operating costs and energy efficiency. In conjunction with the Gebhardt Galileo IoT software, end-to-end automation is made possible. Functions such as predictive maintenance and condition monitoring help to minimize downtimes. Multi-deep storage and lower floor requirements enable optimum space utilization.
