Rauscher F.X focuses on design and customer service in Thannhausen
Rauscher F.X. Lagertechnik is further expanding its customer service for the planning, design and assembly of complex shelving systems. To this end, the company is investing in a customer service center with a showroom at its Thannhausen site.
Rauscher F.X. Lagertechnik is a subsidiary of the Provost Group, which operates throughout Europe. In Germany, the group wants to concentrate its expertise on the construction and support of shelving systems. To this end, it is consolidating production at existing production sites in France and Poland with a group-wide vertical range of manufacture of almost 80 percent. The systems and machines from Thannhausen have already been relocated.
Two more area sales managers for better customer service
The company is looking for two more area sales managers for North Rhine-Westphalia and Brandenburg to provide intensive customer support. This will enable the specialist for shelving systems to better support its customers from industry and retail with a focus on e-commerce. "With more manpower for customer-oriented project support, we can implement our ideas faster. We get the most out of spaces during the planning stage, map warehouse processes perfectly and ensure punctual and, above all, error-free commissioning," says Frédéric Meyer, Managing Director of Rauscher F.X. Lagertechnik.
