Less than five percent inventory effort
Statistics instead of full inventory - Stat Control GmbH from Hamburg has specialized in this topic for 25 years. The Stasam and Staseq systems have been revised several times since then. In consultation with auditors, Stat Control was able to further optimize the systems and equip them with additional functions. All functionalities have been re-certified for Germany, Austria and Switzerland and are approved as a replacement for full inventories. Statistical inventories offer considerable advantages over full counts. They reduce the counting effort and thus the costs and warehouse closing times, but also the susceptibility to errors. Personnel requirements are reduced to a minimum and can be limited to experienced logistics staff. Stat Control GmbH was founded before 1991 from the auditing company PriceWaterhouse (now PwC). Stat Control's customers are large and medium-sized companies.
