Knapp makes SAP EWM 24/7 hotline available to all SAP EWM users
With around 100 SAP EWM experts, Knapp IT Solutions is not only an SAP implementation partner, but now also offers a 24/7 SAP EWM hotline for SAP EWM installations carried out by third parties.
The Knapp hotline provides support for over 50 locations with SAP EWM, most of them in the retail, healthcare distribution or 24/7 production sectors. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, many customers with system-relevant infrastructure experienced a sharp increase in order volumes and extended working hours in March and April. Knapp responded by extending the hotline to 24/7 for all affected EWM customers during this challenging time. Due to the positive feedback from its own customers, Knapp is now also offering its SAP EWM hotline to those SAP EWM users who have implemented SAP EWM either themselves or with other SAP partners.
In order to offer companies that have not implemented SAP EWM via Knapp the opportunity to make use of the Knapp hotline, an evaluation workshop is held with all interested parties and a support offer is drawn up. The offer ranges from a "full service" SAP EWM hotline to hybrid models, where the hotline team supplements the customer's existing service organization either in terms of time (e.g. during off-peak hours, at night or at weekends) or for specific processes (e.g. MFS, warehouse automation). The transfer to Knapp Hotline Support is based on a "transition checklist" so that the Knapp Hotline team knows the individual characteristics of SAP EWM and can help quickly if necessary.
