PSIwms AI is a platform based on artificial intelligence that focuses on the analysis, planning and optimization of logistics processes. The platform performs thousands of analyses for warehouse operation scenarios every hour and offers optimization recommendations based on this. The solution is nominated in category 4 Software and Sensor Technology.
How it works: Thousands of warehouse operation scenarios are analyzed every hour via a digital twin and recommendations for improvement are made. A new feature is that the platform is connected directly to PSIwms via an interface. This means that changes in the physical warehouse are automatically transferred to the digital twin in real time and taken into account.
The basis of PSIwms AI is an automated testing function that is already integrated into PSIwms. This ensures that all relevant processes function after changes in the warehouse or in the software. Based on a test database, the program regularly simulates all predefined test cases automatically and identifies any need for action. In PSIwms, for example, hundreds of deliveries with different control parameters can be virtually received, transferred, picked and dispatched in just a few minutes - without manual intervention by the user and without any impact on the physical warehouse.
