The smart co-pilot for optimum material provision from MHP is competing in category 4 Software and sensor technology.
Manual processes and inflexible planning cycles are still prevalent in intralogistics. At the same time, planning tasks are becoming more complex, especially when it comes to evaluating the positioning and process variants of components at the assembly site. Together with Porsche Consulting, MHP has now developed a solution with which the material flow can be better planned and optimized: supply_it optimizes the material supply in production through transparent processes, integration and efficient control of the material flow.
Porsche Consulting provides the algorithm, MHP the software and concrete implementation. The core is a digital twin that maps the processes, taking costs and restrictions into account, from goods receipt to the assembly site. Until now, there were hardly any solutions on the market for production-related intralogistics - MHP closes the gap with the co-pilot stored in the system: This visualizes the existing cost structure of intralogistics in an easily comprehensible way and makes suggestions as to how and where companies can achieve the greatest savings and time gains through their material flow planning.
