Optimize routes with Same Day Delivery
Wanko Informationslogistik GmbH presents an integrated loading and unloading scanning system based on telematics apps as well as automated route optimization for same-day delivery concepts in wholesale. The newly developed cross-location solution for loading and unloading scanning
enables complete shipment tracking by means of tracking. An integrated interface to temperature recording systems ensures that the cold chain is maintained from the time the goods are accepted by the sender, through all means of transport and intermediate warehouses, to delivery to the recipient. Same-day delivery has been implemented for the food trade. This concept ensures reliable and optimized execution of online orders at short notice. With the help of a bidirectional interface between the web front end and Wanko route optimization, orders are scheduled within just one second and reported back to the online ordering system. The precise delivery times guarantee maximum customer service.
