Stephan Opel becomes a member of the CargoNetwork Advisory Board
The Advisory Board of CargoNetwork GmbH & Co KG has been expanded: Stephan Opel, Managing Director of Zeitfracht Logistik Holding, was elected to the board with effect from August 1, 2019.
The system carrier CargoNetwork organizes transports with swap bodies for parcel services and freight forwarders. Managing Director Jürgen Klein: "We warmly welcome Stephan Opel as a new member and are convinced that he will contribute to the further positive development of CargoNetwork with his logistical expertise and extensive knowledge."
Stephan Opel is looking forward to his new role: "High performance, innovative forms of cooperation and strategic alliances will play an even more prominent role in the future." He is convinced that the logistics industry is facing enormous challenges as a result of the massive changes brought about by digitalization and the shortage of specialists and managers. Armin Bohnhoff, Professor of Logistics and Real Estate Management at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, his deputy René Stöcker (Hellmann Worldwide Logistics) as well as Bernd Schäfer (Streck Transportges. mbH) and Olaf Stüwe (Georgi GmbH & Co. KG).
