SALT Solutions appoints Maximilian Brandl to the Management Board

Maximilian Brandl joins the Management Board of SALT Solutions. He will also become the software company's new CEO from the beginning of April 2020. The current CEO, Dieter Heyde, will move to the Supervisory Board at the same time.

Maximilian Brandl is a proven digitalization expert and will shape the strategy and range of services for the digitalization of the supply chain at SALT Solutions. The SCM project house develops individual solutions to optimize supply chains for companies in industry and trade. Brandl was previously Managing Director for Rittal Software Systems at the Friedhelm Loh Group. As CEO of Eplan and Cideon, he was also responsible for the sales, marketing, consulting, training and software development strategy. Prior to that, he was a member of the Executive Board at SAP Germany and held various management positions at Boston Consulting Group.

Dieter Heyde, CEO of SALT Solutions, says of the handover of his position: "In Maximilian Brandl, we have gained an expert with substantial experience in all relevant areas. We are opening a new chapter and look forward to working with him, to his ideas and his know-how, from which our customers and our company itself will benefit greatly."
