Management change at TEAM GmbH
Heike Käferle is retiring from the management of TEAM GmbH after 32 years. Her position will be taken over by Jessica Steger.
Heike Käferle worked at TEAM GmbH for almost 42 years. During this time, she played a key role in shaping the company. First as a developer, then as a project manager and finally as Managing Director alongside Michael Baranowski, who retired from the company in 2023. She made a decisive contribution to the Paderborn IT company becoming an important Oracle partner and provider of software systems for intralogistics in Germany. The company currently employs over 100 people.
Jessica Steger has been a member of the Management Board since the beginning of July 2024. She will manage the software company's business together with Rainer Appel. The business geophysics graduate has worked for over 22 years as a consultant, solution architect and manager at Logicalis GmbH, Neu-Isenburg, which also provides database consulting and operating solutions as an Oracle partner.
