Sascha Winde new Head of Yard Management at leogistics
leogistics GmbH has appointed Sascha Winde as its new Head of Yard Management. Winde brings with him extensive expertise in the areas of SAP system architectures and supply chain management.
After studying business informatics with a focus on IT management and consulting, he began his professional career as a Technical SAP Consultant. In this role, he acquired in-depth knowledge of SAP-based customer systems and system architectures. He moved to leogistics GmbH at the end of 2017. Winde quickly took on the role of Senior Consultant. He was responsible for strategic projects, solution design and customer consulting. During his time at leogistics, Winde shifted his focus to the further development of products and services as Business Development Manager. Now, as Head of Yard Management, he is assuming strategic responsibility for this business area and is pursuing clear goals.
"The position as Head of Yard Management is a great pleasure and responsibility for me. It fascinates me that no two sites or processes are exactly the same, even though they have similar basic structures. The challenge is to develop a solution that is both standardized and flexible enough to meet individual requirements - without being unnecessarily complex," explains Winde. "My responsibility is to ensure that leogistics Yard Management continues to stand for reliable, simple end-to-end solutions."
