Rademaker and Thies new members of the Fiege Management Board

The logistics service provider Fiege has strengthened its Executive Board: Martin Rademaker (pictured) and Dr. Stefan Thies expand the management body, which continues to include Alfred Messink and Peter Scherbel. Jens Fiege and Felix Fiege take over the chairmanship of the Fiege Executive Board, which thus grows from four to six members.

"We have grown strongly in recent years. We also have ambitious goals for the future and want to open up new business areas. By expanding our Executive Board, we are taking the positive development of our company into account", says Felix Fiege. As CEOs, Felix Fiege and Jens Fiege will increasingly dedicate themselves to the management of the entire company as well as the strategic orientation of the Fiege Group. "We will focus even more on the innovative, cultural and structural development of our company", explains Jens Fiege. "This also includes the expansion of strategic partnerships with our customers."

Martin Rademaker will join the Fiege Executive Board in September 2019. The 37-year-old has already been working for Fiege for 17 years; after completing his dual studies at Fiege, he held various positions in Germany and abroad. Since 2014, he has headed the Omnichannel Retail business unit together with Christoph Mangelmans and Walter Johne as Managing Director.

Dr. Stefan Thies has been appointed to the Fiege Executive Board as of June 1st. Thies previously worked at Fielmann AG for over 14 years, 12 of which as a member of the Management Board. There, he was most recently responsible for Human Resources, Controlling, Organization and IT. Prior to this, the 50-year-old worked for the management consultancy McKinsey.
