The management of the Noerpel Group will be strengthened from May: Gianluca Crestani will be responsible for strategic personnel development, among other things, as Managing Director of the logistics service provider.

Crestani was a member of the Management Board of Andreas Schmid Logistik AG for many years and was the preferred candidate for the newly created position for Stefan Noerpel-Schneider, Managing Partner of the Noerpel Group. "Gianluca Crestani and I have enjoyed a very long and trusting working relationship, most recently as joint Chairmen of the Advisory Board of IDS, Germany's largest freight forwarding cooperation," emphasizes LEO Award winner Stefan Noerpel-Schneider. "His immense experience in the management of large business units and his very strong empathy for people will contribute to the continued positive development of our company." Crestani's department will be located at the logistics service provider's new site in Odelzhausen. "I am delighted. Being able to actively shape the further development of the Noerpel Group is certainly one of the most interesting tasks in our industry. In this respect, I would like to thank the Noerpel-Schneider family for the great trust they have placed in me," says Gianluca Crestani.
