Martin Seidenberg appointed CEO of the GLS Group
Martin Seidenberg has been appointed CEO of the GLS Group with immediate effect. Born in the Rhineland, he has more than 20 years of experience in logistics.
Martin Seidenberg joined the Management Board of GLS Germany GmbH & Co. OHG at the beginning of 2015 and took over as Chairman. Under his leadership, the GLS Group's largest national company has continued to position itself sustainably in the German parcel market and grow continuously. Before joining GLS, Martin Seidenberg worked for Deutsche Post DHL, among others, for many years. In addition to positions in Europe and Asia-Pacific, he was most recently CEO of the DACH region at DHL Supply Chain.
Dr. Karl Pfaff will take over as CEO of GLS Germany with immediate effect. Karl Pfaff began his career at GLS in 2014 as Head of Strategy. He later took over responsibility for central sales development and has been in charge of the North region since 2018. Before joining GLS, Karl Pfaff worked for several years at the management consultancy Bain & Company and the Lufthansa Group.
