Successor to Rainer Götz
Markus Pütz new CCO in the DE/CH cluster of Schenker Germany
Markus Pütz (51) took over the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Schenker Deutschland AG for the DE/CH cluster on September 1. He succeeds Rainer Götz, who retired at the same time.
Mr. Pütz has been with DB Schenker for more than 20 years and during this time has successfully held various positions in sales, most recently as Senior Vice President Global Sales Planning and from 2012 to 2016 as Vice President Global Field Sales at Schenker AG in Essen. Markus Pütz is an honorary lecturer at the German Foreign Trade and Transport Academy (DAV), where he passes on his many years of professional experience in sales to future managers in the logistics industry.
