Integration into the Zeitfracht Group
Maren Wolters new Managing Director of Rostock-Laage Airport
Maren Wolters will become the new Managing Director of Rostock-Laage Airport on January 1, 2022. She will be working alongside the previous Managing Director Dörthe Hausmann, who has been appointed Spokeswoman of the Management Board. The Zeitfracht Group will take over the airport at the beginning of 2022. A few days ago, the three previous owners gave the green light for the sale of the airport and its further development under the responsibility of the Berlin-based family business.
The 29-year-old Maren Wolters is already Managing Director of the Zeitfracht Group's airline, German Airways, and sits on the Supervisory Board of Adler Modemärkte. With the parallel assumption of responsibility as Managing Director for Rostock-Laage Airport, Zeitfracht is sending a clear signal for the rapid integration of the company into the Zeitfracht Group in the coming months. Above all, Maren Wolters will ensure a rapid, close integration of the airport activities with the existing aviation activities of the Zeitfracht Group. The industrial engineer will also manage the planned construction of a logistics center at the Rostock-Laage site.
Maren Wolters joined German Airways in October 2019 as Aircraft and Procurement Manager. She then became Managing Director of German Airways Aircraft, where the aircraft of the Zeitfracht Group are managed, and later for German Airways. Recently, she has also been responsible for partner management at Adler Modemärkte.
