Krister Sandvoss is the new Mr. CeMAT
Hanover, August 12, 2016 - On September 1, Krister Sandvoss (36) will take over the management of the CeMAT worldwide department at Deutsche Messe AG. In addition to CeMAT in Hanover, he will be responsible for Deutsche Messe AG's intralogistics trade fairs abroad. These include the following events: CeMAT ASIA, CeMAT RUSSIA, CeMAT INDIA, CeMAT AUSTRALIA, CeMAT SOUTH AMERICA, CeMAT EURASIA, CeMAT SOUTH EAST ASIA, Intralogistica Italia. His predecessor Bernd Rohde is moving to Mexico as Managing Director of the Deutsche Messe AG subsidiary.
Before joining Deutsche Messe in 2011, Sandvoss studied business administration and then spent four years in Australia working in export market development at ITC Limited and in marketing management and corporate development at Miglas Australia Pty Ltd. He gained further professional experience in the fields of industrial production of electronic measuring instruments, event management and as a senior consultant at a Frankfurt-based management consultancy. Sandvoss has been working in international sales at Deutsche Messe since October 2011. On July 1, 2013, he took over the management of the Global Fairs department at the subsidiary Hannover Fairs International GmbH. On September 1, 2016, he will now take over the management of the CeMAT worldwide department. red
