Jesper Lund new Commercial Director Global Sea & Air of the Nosta Group
Jesper Lund has been Commercial Director Global Sea & Air at the Nosta Group since February 15 of this year. The newly created position goes hand in hand with the focus on international growth and the expansion of the service offering in the Sea & Air division.
With Lund's many years of expertise, the company wants to strengthen cooperation between the international subsidiaries and further develop strategies for global customer acquisition: "With Jesper Lund, we have been able to inspire a proven logistics expert for our ambitious internationalization course. His more than 30 years of experience in the industry will enrich our family business enormously," says Nicolas Gallenkamp, CEO of the Nosta Group. Among other things, the aim is to link the companies in the Netherlands, Poland, Romania and the USA more closely at sales level and to develop overarching strategies for customer retention and acquisition.
Jesper Lund is 54 years old, lives near Amsterdam and has a successful career in international air and sea freight. This includes positions at logistics companies in Denmark and the Netherlands, including UPS Supply Chain Solutions and FedEx Trade Networks. Most recently, he was responsible for European sales at C.H. Robinson.
As an international full-service logistics provider, the family-run Nosta Group not only offers freight transportation on all modes of transport, but is also active in the areas of warehousing, contract logistics, eCommerce and logistics consulting.
