Stefan Weisshap new on board
Inther Group expands sales capacities in Germany
On February 1, the Inther Group strengthened its sales network in Germany and relocated to Baden-Württemberg. As Business Development Manager for automated intralogistics solutions, Stefan Weisshap is responsible for site management and nationwide sales.
"Germany is the most important market in Europe for providers of automated intralogistics solutions," says Paul Hermsen, owner and Managing Director of the Inther Group, explaining the decision. The Managing Director refers to projects implemented by the Inther Group for DHL, Estée Lauder and Skechers. In the German market, projects have been implemented for Arvato, Bauhaus and Hellmann, among others. "It was therefore only logical and a matter of time for us to strengthen our sales network here with our own location." In addition to the company headquarters and the branches in Belgium, Moldova, the USA and China, Germany is the Dutch system integrator's fifth international representative office. Stefan Weisshap took over the management of the location in Germany on February 1.
Qualifications for further growth
Through his professional career, the intralogistics expert has many years of project experience in the development and design of logistics sites for customers. Through his positions as Head of Software Consulting and Senior Sales Manager System Integration, Stefan Weisshap also has many years of experience in the design, consulting and system integration of logistics solutions. In addition to team and department management in the quotation phase, this includes the implementation and customization of warehouse management systems as well as the planning, design and implementation of complex automation systems in intralogistics. "We are delighted to have gained Stefan Weisshap for the new Inther location in Germany, a proven manager who, with his market knowledge and expertise, meets all the requirements for the further growth of the Inther Group in the German market," says Inther Managing Director Hermsen. "As a result, we are very confident about the 2021 financial year in the current difficult times worldwide."
