Holger Strack takes the helm at Zeaborn Ship Management
Holger Strack, previously Co-CEO of Zeaborn Ship Management together with Nils Aden, will take over as CEO on January 1 and will be responsible for all shipping activities of the third-party ship manager. Nils Aden will be leaving the company at his own request at the end of the year to take on a new challenge. The same applies to Isabelle Rickmers, Managing Director responsible for Business Development, Key Account Management and Strategic Purchasing, who will leave the company at the end of May.
Following the acquisition of E.R. Schiffahrt in March 2018, the Bremen-based Zeaborn Group bundled the ship management activities of E.R. Schiffahrt and Rickmers Shipmanagement under the umbrella of the new Zeaborn Ship Management brand. Nils Aden and Holger Strack, formerly CEO of Rickmers Shipmanagement, led the integration processes as Co-CEOs, which have largely been completed at the headquarters in Hamburg to date. The integration of the international locations will follow in a next step.

His second focus will be on new customer business."
