Thomas Göllner is the new, third managing director
Expansion of management at AISCI Ident
Thomas Göllner has been the new, third Managing Director of AISCI Ident GmbH since April 1, 2022. As part of the succession plan, the 46-year-old will gradually take over the Marketing/Sales, Controlling, Human Resources and Technology departments.
The two owners and managing directors Lutz Bauerkämper and Peter Ciolkowski will continue to oversee the day-to-day business as part of a gradual handover, but will then gradually withdraw from the operational business. Until then, the three managing directors will run the company together.
"In Thomas Göllner, we have gained someone who will enrich and further develop AISCI with new impetus," said Bauerkämper and Ciolkowski. "His expertise will be crucial in helping us to successfully pursue strategic goals in the long term. Against this background, he is the ideal person to lead AISCI," continued Lutz Bauerkämper.
Göllner is an experienced marketing and sales expert and was most recently responsible for the Carton Group's business as CSO. Prior to that, he held similar positions at Smurfit Kappa and Medienfabrik Gütersloh (a Bertelsmann AG company).
"I am very much looking forward to this new challenge. The digitalization of processes has gained significant momentum in the last two years. The potential offered by this area and the company and its employees opens up outstanding opportunities. I am looking forward to continuing to drive the company forward with its achievements as part of a great team."
