The long-standing general representative will also continue to support the company in accordance with the shareholders' resolution. From now on, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he will concentrate on the active, strategic orientation and management of Trilux.

In his now 16 years in the Trilux management team, Michael Huber, as general representative of the shareholders of the Arnsberg-based company, has succeeded in realigning the traditional family business and making it fit for the future. "The constant new technological advances have been challenging, but have also shown how dynamically a family business can distinguish itself in the high-tech sector," says Huber.

As Chairman of the Management Board, Hubertus Volmert (48) will lead the three-member board in future. He will be assisted by Johannes Huxol (59), who as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) has been in charge of the commercial area for two decades. Joachim Geiger (53), the third member of the Board, will be responsible for the tasks of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. The Trilux Board is also supported by Michael Blum (52), Managing Director Sales Germany, and Klaus Röwekamp (57), Managing Director Technology. Michael Huber (71) believes that the personnel for the decade that has just begun are well-positioned in terms of technology and market expertise: "This means that the entire entrepreneurial strength is bundled in a proven management team - this creates encouraging prospects!"
