Change in the DAF Trucks board: Wolters succeeds Feight
Eindhoven / Frechen, 25.07.2018 - Preston Feight, CEO DAF Trucks, will become Executive Chairman of PACCAR, one of the largest truck manufacturers in the United States, effective September 1. Feight, has been with PACCAR for 20 years, most recently as Vice President PACCAR and Chief Executive Officer DAF Trucks. In his new position at PACCAR, headquartered in Seattle (USA), he will be responsible for DAF Trucks and PACCAR Parts. Harry Wolters, Director Sales DAF Europe, will be appointed Chairman of the Board of DAF Trucks N.V. and Vice Chairman of PACCAR as of September 1.
Feight gained experience in various positions within the company, including Director of Product Planning, Chief Engineer, Deputy Managing Director of Marketing and Sales, and Managing Director of Kenworth Trucks. Harry Wolters also held various positions of increasing responsibility at DAF Trucks. He was responsible for truck production in Eindhoven and served as Director of Human Resources. mm
