Since May 2024, ratioform has been operating on the market under the kaiserkraft brand umbrella. This is the logical consequence of the past few months, during which ratioform and kaiserkraft have intensified their cooperation and explored synergies.

ratioform and kaiserkraft have already worked successfully on joint customer projects and on merging expertise in the past. In the summer of 2023, kaiserkraft also expanded its portfolio of business, office and warehouse equipment to include packaging supplies in collaboration with its sister company ratioform.

Relieve customers and simplify processes

"Under the new, joint kaiserkraft brand umbrella, we offer an exceptionally large product portfolio and the combined expertise of both brands. Our overall offering relieves customers, simplifies their processes and enables forward-looking solutions that not only benefit the customer. They also strengthen our position in the market," says Sven Lauxmann, Managing Director of Kaiser+Kraft GmbH and Vice President Sales Division Industrial & Packaging.

"With ratioform and kaiserkraft, we had two strong, very well-known brands that complement each other perfectly and offer first-class services. Creating a brand that combines our strengths and values and offers customers even more benefits from a single source was a logical consequence. The result was kaiserkraft, a brand that meets the complex challenges of today and tomorrow. An entity that helps shape the working world of our customers and makes it sustainably future-oriented," says Daniela Senkbeil, Vice President Category Management Division Industrial & Packaging.
