Fully automatic baling press
With the BaleTainer - a fully automatic baling press - disposal processes can be streamlined enormously, in conjunction with significant time savings.
Outer packaging is collected in containers, transported to the BaleTainer later and tipped into the press via a chute or a lifting and tipping device. This compacts the cardboard packaging into 450 kg bales with a pressing force of 60 kN. In addition to fully automatic compaction, wire tying and bale ejection are also fully automatic. Unlike with other systems, the employees do not have to throw the cardboard packaging into the compaction container individually and therefore lose less time due to constant intermediate compaction during disposal. In addition, transportation costs are also reduced due to the high compaction of the cardboard packaging. Instead of spending time on disposal, employees can focus on their core business.
