Precise positioning
Habasit will be showcasing its product portfolio for the packaging industry at Fachpack: Habasync timing belts, for example, enable the precise positioning of conveyed goods and are therefore well suited for the stop-and-go operation of automated packaging lines.
Habasync timing belts can be manufactured specifically to meet the requirements of packaging technology. Whether filling, film application, labeling or crate transport - with a wide selection of belt types, coatings and additional profiles, they can be adapted to the goods being conveyed. Semi-elastic fabric belts from Habasit are used in many packaging lines. The special fabric structure - for example in belt type NSL-02SSBV - ensures high tracking accuracy and reliably compensates for minor misalignments in the conveyor system.
According to the supplier, Habasitlink plastic modular belts impress with their high strength, durability and ease of maintenance. They do not require pre-tensioning and are insensitive to tracking errors - for example due to suboptimal system design or soiling.
