New traysealer, AI-supported reporting
Packaging, precise and fast weighing, reliable and production-integrated testing: These are Ishida's topics at Fachpack.
The focus will be on the newly developed QX 800 traysealer as well as X-ray inspection systems and multihead weighers. Weighing, inspecting, packaging: Ishida is using the trade fair to present new system technology for the final process steps in the production of food in particular. Among other things, multihead weighers for weighing sticky and sensitive fresh products will be on display in Nuremberg - as well as the world's smallest multihead weigher, the CCW-Micro. The QX-800 traysealer, which is based on the QX-500 platform and was specially developed for production lines with high output, will take center stage at the trade fair.
Ishida will also be presenting the latest generation of Sentinel software for remote plant monitoring and reporting in Nuremberg. With artificial intelligence and machine learning, Sentinel 5.0 supports users in optimizing their production lines and incorporates real-time data.
