Airbus and Stute sign new rental agreements

The real estate group Goodman has fully let its Goodman Interlink Hamburg logistics park. After expanding its existing property by a further 10,000 m2 , Airbus is now renting 21,500 m2 in the Goodman Interlink Hamburg logistics park. The space is divided between two parts of the building, which are used for spare parts logistics. The location is only five kilometers away from the Airbus production plant. Like Airbus and Diehl Comfort Modules (DCM) before it, Stute Logistics also moved into Goodman Interlink Hamburg at the beginning of 2016. The logistics service provider initially rented a 5,200 m2 property there. Shortly after commencing business operations there, Stute expanded its capacities in the logistics park with a second 4,500 m2 rental unit. Stute's premium facility, which covers a total of 9,700 m2, is used to store aircraft and cabin components.
