Still organizes "Welcome Day"

At its "Welcome Day", Still welcomed a total of 59 new trainees and dual students who are starting their training at nine company locations across Germany. The training team welcomed the career starters in person at the company headquarters in Hamburg.

"The search for qualified junior staff is becoming an ever greater challenge. We have the comfortable situation that there is a great deal of interest in training at Still and that we have once again been able to attract very qualified young people to our company this year," emphasized Jan Wehlen, Head of Training at Still, in his welcoming address. The trainees were then given an initial insight into the company and familiarized with the intralogistics provider's most important products and corporate philosophy.

Over the next few days, further familiarization events, briefings on the current safety and prevention standards, a tour of the plant and initial insights into the different professional and learning environments of the trainees and dual students are on the agenda, naturally under strict Corona safety regulations and in small groups.
