Idlers for every application
In 2019, the Rollex Group, which has more than 250 employees, will once again be presenting new and further developments in the field of conveyor elements, in particular idlers and drive components.
The focus is on driven and non-driven idlers, motorized rollers, drum motors, belt rollers, zero pressure accumulation system components, storage technology such as gravity roller conveyors as well as roller rails and accessories. Rollex is currently massively expanding its production capacities in order to be able to produce the "high runners" in the range in larger quantities with shorter delivery times.
Rollex produces rollers made of steel, plastic or stainless steel in diameters from 16 - 130 mm. You can choose between sprocket wheel, timing belt wheel, V-ribbed belt or round belt drive as the drive element. It is also possible to apply different coatings such as PVC, NBR rubber coating, polyurethane, epoxy resin, chrome, Teflon, etc. as well as conical plastic elements for curved tracks. By using special oils and greases, rollers can also be supplied for applications in temperature ranges from -30 to +200°C.
In addition to rollers, Rollex also supplies control components (RMD) for the simple construction of driven, zero pressure accumulation conveyor lines. In addition, belt rollers with HDPE plastic tubes specially designed for the food industry will be presented. Partner company Momentum Technologies will also be exhibiting drives at the stand. These are used in particular in food processing, intralogistics and mechanical engineering.
