Gravity roller conveyors for the automotive industry from Euroroll
As a manufacturer of gravity roller conveyors, Euroroll designs solutions for both standard pallets and special load carriers.
Euroroll has designed a special solution for the steel frames typically used in the automotive industry. It includes a roller conveyor profile with integrated lateral guidance. This allows the containers and racks to run reliably from the loading side to the unloading side. The special separating device with an extra-high bar reliably keeps the front pallet separated from the rest of the pallets in the channel without any accumulation pressure. According to Euroroll, this can be implemented as a partially or fully automated application for the customer. The company manufactures in Germany on the basis of an integrated quality management system. Regular audits ensure quality. The technical design of the systems is based on more than 35 years of experience in gravity conveying.
