Transport system for heavy loads
The RMS roller transport system from MiniTec is a transport system designed for heavy loads. The RMS workpiece carrier transfer system from MiniTec is based on heavy-duty accumulation rollers that ensure free circulation for assembly, testing and processing tasks. In the new version, the RMS 1000 transport system transports pallet weights of up to 1,000 kg. The workpiece carrier transfer system based on heavy-duty accumulation rollers is characterized by the patented delta deflection. This deflection reduces the programming effort and does not require its own drive. The RMS series has automatic chain tensioning and can be decoupled during idle phases. It can be used with different belt speeds. At Automatica, MiniTec presented a variant in combination with a robot cell and integrated manual workstation. ms
