New fetra website with connection to the merchandise management system

Transport equipment manufacturer fetra is starting the new year with a revised website. It is linked to the Borgholzhausen-based company's merchandise management system so that users can access all product data at any time.

The primary aim of the new website was to make it more contemporary in terms of both its look and feel. According to the company, www.fetra.de has achieved this. The optimization is particularly noticeable for retailers, who can register on the site and then view all orders and their status at any time in the login area. Another practical feature is the option to retrieve delivery receipts from forwarding agents and parcel services as well as an overview of the latest invoices. There is also the option of ordering fetra catalogs in carton quantities via the website.

The focus was also on refreshing the content. Brand new are the fetra theme worlds, which provide an overview of the various product areas, for example new products, the Grey Edition or barrel transport. The product films can now be viewed in the media library of the service area. The Service section also contains training dates, the product catalog as a flip page or for download and the option to request a catalog. The news blog provides up-to-date information on the products, the company and trade fairs. "Further service functions will be added in the short and medium term, for example a chat option," announces Head of Marketing Jan Völlering, who oversaw the development of the new website.
