Lifting aids and suction pads
Vacuum expert Schmalz presents solutions for ergonomic and efficient workpiece handling - automated or manual. For example, cardboard boxes, sacks, bags, metal and glass packaging can be moved in high cycle rates, for example by vacuum lifters or robotics.
With the Jumboflex vacuum tube lifter, for example, skilled workers can lift goods weighing up to 50 kilograms ergonomically. The intuitive one-finger control enables fast and safe processes. There is also an extensive range of gripper accessories that can be connected using the quick-change system. One example is the new PSSG bag suction gripper, which holds coated and uncoated bags made of paper, plastic or fabric with varying degrees of filling reliably.
The new pneumatic vacuum generator RECBi for end-of-arm (EoA) use on lightweight robots, cobots and conventional six-axis robots will also be on show at the trade fair. The vacuum generators are also available for the multifunctional EoA platform MATCH, which enables automated gripper changes.
