A hygiene box for food too
The HB3 from Craemer is a clean product - a closed pallet box made of PE. According to the manufacturer, it is the first and only completely closed pallet box with welded runners in the world.
It meets the highest hygiene requirements in terms of packaging technology and is suitable for use with foodstuffs. The hygiene box is 790 millimetres high, has a volume of 620 liters, weighs 43.5 kilograms and is suitable for a stacking load of 5,000 kilograms and a payload of 900 kilograms. Users can optionally obtain it with an RFID transponder.
The welding of the upper and lower parts results in high rigidity. The smooth inner walls enable easy emptying and cleaning. The double-walled design of the side walls provides increased impact protection. Thanks to the closed runners with high dimensional stability, the HB3 runs maintenance-free and trouble-free on standard conveyor technology.
