The German Logistics Congress 2019 of the German Logistics Association (BVL) took place in Berlin from October 23 to 25 under the motto "Make courageous". LT-manager shows the best pictures from three days of discussions, encounters and lots of good ideas.
New records for transport logistic (35 images)
From June 4 to 7, 2019, transport logistic took place in Munich with new record figures. 2,374 exhibitors from 63 countries presented themselves, an increase of ten percent (2017: 2,162). Around 64,000 visitors from 125 countries attended, an increase of five percent (2017: 60,726). Around 30,000 visitors came from abroad. The trade fair spanned ten halls and the outdoor area, covering a total of 125,000 square meters of exhibition space. The top themes were the trade war between the USA and China and the driver shortage, while the New Silk Road also made its presence felt - and artificial intelligence was the great beacon of hope in many areas. On September 9, BMW presented the BMW Vision iNEXT vision car to a group of trade journalists as part of a "World Tour". The vehicle and the entire presentation were accommodated in a Boeing 777, which BMW chartered from Lufthansa Cargo and sent on a world tour. Pictures from the making of an extraordinary presentation.
