Yaskawa Europe GmbH
Powerful and versatile

A joint new development from Yaskawa and TBB live as part of a complete intralogistics transport line: the robot, equipped with a vacuum gripper, picks boxes from a Euro pallet fully automatically and feeds them to a conveyor line. This is made possible by a model from Yaskawa's MPL series. The 4-axis robots in this series were designed for palletizing tasks in the payload range between 80 and 800 kg. The Motoman MPL100 II covers applications up to 100 kg. Its vertical reach of 3,149 mm in combination with its horizontal reach of 2,150 mm enables high palletizing loads and a large working area with a square reach of 1,500 mm and a stacking height of 1,900 mm. Due to its high dynamics, it is ideally suited for bag and carton palletizing, order picking and other applications in logistics and packaging.
