The predictive warehouse monitoring and visualization tool Viavision always keeps an eye on the automated warehouse, detects bottlenecks and uses analysis to ensure that downtimes do not occur in the first place. If a malfunction does occur, Viavision identifies and localizes the problem. It informs the control center or the service team via push message, specifies the location and cause and shows solutions. The tool also analyses and visualizes warehouse capacity utilization and all goods movements in real time. As a Software-as-a-Service product, Viavision is ready for immediate use and does not require any lengthy implementation or installation on local servers. Viavision significantly increases the process reliability and availability of the warehouse, as it detects potential faults in advance and provides recommendations on how to rectify them.

New conveyor technology solution Viaconvey

Viastore will also be showcasing a compact pallet storage solution that is suitable for pallets weighing up to 1,500 kilograms and storage temperatures down to minus 28 degrees Celsius. It enables sustainable and space-saving storage, is efficient and opens up new possibilities. The company will also be showcasing its own conveyor technology solution, Viaconvey. Viastore and technology partner Interroll laid the foundations for this two years ago at the same location. With Viaconvey, users can design and configure their material flow systems even more individually and independently and increase their efficiency. Viastore's solution is based on reliability; the systems are controlled via Viacontrol.

Visitors can also experience the new and further developments of the Viadat warehouse management system (WMS). They help to make warehouse and production processes even more integrated and efficient. The WMS can be connected to the ERP systems of various manufacturers and has a standard interface to all common Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This makes it possible to network material flows across traditional boundaries by merging logistics and production processes. Among other things, users benefit from greater efficiency, optimally coordinated and transparent workflows and reduced throughput times.
