Pleasant temperatures in the cargo area

Manual loading and unloading of truck trailers can quickly lead to uncomfortable temperatures in the loading zone, reducing the concentration and efficiency of the workers. Rite-Hite has developed the CoolMan trailer blower especially for loading points where manual loading takes place.

By drawing in warm or cool air, the temperature in the trailer's cargo area is equalized to the ambient temperature inside the company. The CoolMan blower thus creates a comfortable indoor climate.

Pivotable for flexible positioning
The appliance has a swivel bracket that enables ventilation of two adjacent loading points. Thanks to the T-shaped handle, the CoolMan can be conveniently aligned vertically or horizontally and can be quickly moved to the side for forklift traffic. The swivel movement allows suitable positioning and targeted air supply; the strength of the air flow can be regulated in 3 stages.

Automatic switch-off reduces power consumption
According to the company, energy consumption is low and the fan has an automatic switch-off function that can be adjusted from 1 to 180 minutes. As an option, the CoolMan can be equipped with LED loading lights that illuminate the interior of the trailer. With integrated motion detection, the light intensity of the loading lights is automatically reduced to 25% power as soon as there are no more personnel in the loading area.
