Ohra: Store heavy loads flexibly and well protected
The prefabricated house supplier ELK has expanded the storage capacity for heavy glulam beams at its production site in the Czech Republic. Thanks to the stable construction of the Ohra cantilever racks used, the heavy beams can be stored on four levels. The racking uprights also support the roof structure - which is cheaper than building a warehouse. ELK opted for shelving from Ohra because of the stability and quality of the construction. All load-bearing elements of the cantilever racking are made of full-wall, hot-rolled steel - ideal for high loads.
