Craemer Group: E3-5 plastic pallet
The new E3-5 is designed as a 4-way all-purpose pallet in industrial dimensions (1,200 x 1,000 x 160 millimetres). The plastic pallet has been nominated as materialfluss product of the year 2025 in category 1: Storage and picking technology.
Its own weight is 24.5 kilograms. Including its five runners made of high-quality injection-molded PE, it is 100 percent recyclable. Its strength lies in its stiffening profiles: Thanks to six metal profiles (four lengthways and two crossways), the E3-5 has a load capacity in the high rack of 1,400 kilograms (like the CR3) and is also very robust along the short sides thanks to the two cross profiles. The steel profiles visible in the upper deck, which are not completely enclosed, ensure high bending stiffness. The heavily ribbed design of the runners also guarantees a high level of robustness, resistance and therefore a long service life. The straight center runners without any recesses or notches contribute to this.
As a universal pallet for heavy loads, the E3-5 is designed for various applications and can be used in logistics processes in numerous sectors and industries. The Craemer design has dispensed with additional features such as Palgrip anti-slip strips on the upper deck or welded (anti-slip) runners, as they are superfluous in certain areas of application.
