Inther Group strengthens management team
The system integrator Inther Group, based in Venray near Venlo, is expanding its management team. Since the beginning of January 2021, Stefan Kleijngeld has been the third managing director responsible for the company's strategic and, in particular, operational and organizational activities. He will support the two owners Martijn Herder and Paul Hermsen, who are mainly responsible for the strategic and commercial activities.
Kleijngeld contributes numerous ideas for the further development of logistics in the supply chain world. With a degree in economics and logistics, he joined the bakery machinery manufacturer WP Haton as a management trainee in 2010. From 2013 onwards, he was responsible for logistics there and was part of the management team. In 2016, Kleijngeld was recognized as a Young Logistics Talent. In 2017, he chaired Jong Logistiek Nederland and was part of the Young European Talent program. Kleijngeld sees his main task at the Inther Group as further expanding the company's strong global presence and driving further growth. "We are delighted to welcome Stefan Kleijngeld to the Inther Group management team," emphasizes Martijn Herder, owner and Managing Director of the Inther Group. "His experience in the organizational and strategic development of logistics and companies will lead the Inther Group into a new phase of growth." Inther owner and Managing Director Paul Hermsen expects Stefan Kleijngeld to further optimize coordination within the entire value chain in customer projects.
With the expansion of the management team, the Inther Group is responding to the rapidly changing developments and requirements in the market for complex intralogistics solutions. It reaffirms the strategic perspectives that the Group has formulated until 2025. According to this, existing and new customers will continue to be significantly relieved in the hardware and software area by providing proven technologies. At the same time, the associated services, such as the deployment of employees on site and maintenance, are to be expanded. Through continuous monitoring and permanent analysis of the systems, optimally functioning intralogistics will be implemented together with the customers.
