Hansa-Heemann trusts Strautmann
Hansa-Heemann AG is a manufacturer of non-alcoholic soft drinks with production sites in Trappenkamp, Lehnin, Löhne and Bruchsal. In Löhne, around 400 million bottles are filled annually in three-shift operation. Before Hansa-Heemann opted for Strautmann Umwelttechnik for PET bottle disposal, the company had already been compacting film and cardboard with Strautmann presses for over six years. Only later did the disposal of PET bottles come into play. Two multi-chamber baling presses now ensure order and cleanliness in production. The balers make it possible to compact cardboard and film according to type. There is also a Strautmann single-chamber baler in the warehouse, which compacts the film produced. The highly compacted bales from the balers are then transported outside by forklift to a skip and collected by the waste disposal company.
